Requests must be made within 30 days of placing your order.
- We accept returns only on new, unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags
attached. You must keep the tag attached for the return to be accepted.
- Complete your return by sending it back within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization.
- After we receive the package and verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed in 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. pītusa does not refund
original shipping costs.
- Cancellations or modifications are not possible once an order has shipped.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for customs or import
duties, taxes, and shipping costs to and from the United States.
- We recommend using a traceable tracking number for your return. We are not
responsible for lost items during transit.
- International pre-orders cannot receive a split shipment if they contain both
in-stock and pre-order items. Both items will ship together when the pre-order
- For international exchanges: the customer must cover both the return and
new shipping fees.
