NEW Return Policy Page

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. 

Return Policy for Discounted & Sale Items

Items purchased at a discount are allowed for returns & exchanges but only qualify for full store credit.

All sales items final. If you purchase an item on sale it is non refundable and non returnable.

Items on sale will be clearly marked on the product page as such:

Products bought with a promotion code are not sales items, these are discounted items.

Only products marked as sale in our sale section of our website are sale items. 

Exchanges

If you want make an exchange, indicate which item you wish to exchange on the packing list, if there is a difference in price we will send you a PayPal link to pay the difference, or we will refund you the difference. 

Pitusa does not refund shipping costs unless the error was on our behalf.

Pitusa will cover the shipping for the new item to ship out on domestic orders only.

For International Exchanges: The customer will cover the new shipping costs.

For Exchanges During Promotional Periods: Please note that the new item you wish to receive will not be eligible for that promotional deal if it is no longer active.

Returns


If an item is a return, indicate which item you want to return and the reason on the packing list.

Once we have received your item, we will refund the price paid for that item excluding shipping costs and taxes.

Pitusa refunds neither shipping costs nor taxes because these costs have already been incurred and paid for.

For International Returns: Please mark on package that it is a return. Please allow up to 14 days to process returns and exchanges.

Damaged / Faulty Items

If items are faulty or defective, please notify Pitusa within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please provide us with an image of where the item is faulty/defective.

Pitusa will only exchange damaged or faulty items for the same item at no extra cost.
