DOMESTIC RETURNS

  • To start a return or exchange, use our online portal: pītusa Return Portal Link.
    Requests must be made within 30 days of placing your order.
  • We accept returns only on new, unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags
    attached. You must keep the tag attached for the return to be accepted.
  • Complete your return by sending it back within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization.
  • After we receive the package and verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed in 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. pītusa does not refund
    original shipping costs.
  • Cancellations or modifications are not possible once an order has shipped.
*If items are faulty or defective upon receipt, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide us with an image of where the item is faulty/defective so that we may address quality issues with our producers. pītusa will only exchange damaged or faulty items for the same item at no extra cost.
*All items being returned to us must be packaged correctly. If items are returned damaged or used, pītusa holds the right not to issue a refund or to apply a 30% restocking fee if the item(s) are returned in used or poor condition.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    • For international returns, customers are responsible for customs or import
      duties, taxes, and shipping costs to and from the United States.
    • We recommend using a traceable tracking number for your return. We are not
      responsible for lost items during transit.
    • International pre-orders cannot receive a split shipment if they contain both
      in-stock and pre-order items. Both items will ship together when the pre-order
      item arrives.
    • For international exchanges: the customer must cover both the return and
      new shipping fees.

      • One promotional code per order. Codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
      • Orders without coupon codes won't receive applicable discounts.
      • Offers valid while stock lasts.
      • Promotions are not applicable to gift card purchases.
